Please note that so no misunderstandings upon your arrival.
Course, as of now, is being measured at 7.5 miles (which includes 1 mile of the Echo Valley MX track).
These pics are from just b4 the 2024 event ran. New pics will be posted as event nears.
Overall Description of
the course:
The soil in the woodland is excellent with only gravel appearing at
times.
I tried to take pics that closely zoom in on the soil so you can get a feel for it.
Probably 80% of the woodland mileage will be virgin cuts of new trail.
What is not reflected in the pics is that when u exit the motocross
track there
wil be a 200' climb to get up into the woodland acreage. And
once up there
the terrain will have many small rolls in it that make for an exciting
ride.
Then you will descent again as you prepare to reenter the mx track.
There are some grassland areas that are on a tier above the mx track
but
below the upper woodlands. It will be the same base soil as the upper woodland tier.
Rock, as all of us know it all too well, is virtually missing on this
course.
Roots will also be a minimal issue for the rider.
Its truly great soil. I hope I took pics good
enough to reflect that.
