TRANSPONDER FACTS AT THIS EVENT:
We use our own transponder system.  It is free of charge to you.  At signup you will be issued an adhesive strip.  This is the transponder. You will adhere it to the back of you NUMBER PLATE and -NOT- under your visor.  The reason for this is that some helmet visors have metallic paint on the visor which can interfere w radio signals.  Front number plates never have a metallic coating.

NOTE: this is a bike only event, NO QUADS.
Please take note so there are no misunderstandings.

Also note that this is a traditional Hare Scramble.
Yes, it does use the motocross track for 1 mile of the 7.5 mile total track length.  It  is mostly wooded, single track on really beautiful rolling terrain.  I would classify it as slightly rocky.  Last year, in fall of 2024, we hosted a large New England Hare Scramble district on this same course.  Their riders voted it their favorite "Hare Scramble of the Year" and we received a trophy from them for a job well done.  Anyway, its clearly an awesome track and we hope to do even better this year as we are a hard working club.  Thanks for your interest in our event.
